The Coach House, Stourbridge

Set in the beautiful Prestwood Estate, The Coach House is a perfect location for a Care Home with views opening on to wooded areas and open fields. Our brief was to refurbish both floors, including converting a disused atrium into an elegant Tea Room Cafe with a central servery. The scheme also included corridors, bedrooms, bathrooms, break out seating areas and wet rooms with the main lounge areas finished in earthy warms rustic tones creating a relaxed comfortable and luxurious interior. The project was particularly challenging as the home has full occupancy, so careful planning was required while refurbishing the 27 bedrooms and apartments.
